Opera Speed Dial & Developer Tools

Opera 9.20 just came out. It gives me two more items to add to my “why I use Opera” list:

My speed dial now includes links to mostly admin pages, and subscription based sites.

Anything that can save me time by speeding up my workflow is a real bonus, and gets me interested right away.

Right now, an internet connection is needed to load the scripts that power the developer tools. Or is this “offline/online stuff” purely old skool thinking?
